What happens while you work

A business mailbox is a service watched continuously. You see none of it, and that is the point: Cybelia's job is to make sure the question never arises.

Junk mail and viruses

Every incoming message is examined before it reaches you: spam goes into the junk folder, dangerous attachments are set aside. Certain file extensions, judged too risky, do not get through at all: if a correspondent tells you they sent a file you cannot see, that is often the explanation.

Making sure your messages arrive

An email leaving your company carries a technical signature proving it really comes from you. It is those settings, maintained by Cybelia, that get a quote into the customer's inbox rather than their junk folder. Invisible, and decisive.

Updates and availability

Patches are applied by Cybelia, outside working hours where possible, and announced in advance when an interruption is needed. The service is monitored: a failure shows up at our end before you have noticed it.
