Who handles what
Software that works well is software where you know what to do when it does not. Here is who does what, plainly.
| What happens | Who handles it |
|---|---|
| I don't know where to click | You, with this course, then support. |
| I typed something wrong | You: almost everything can be fixed. |
| A page returns an error | Cybelia. Report it. |
| The service is not responding | Cybelia, often before you call. |
| I need a new feature | Cybelia, through the Workshop. |
Opening a useful ticket
Three things are enough, and they save a round trip:
1. What you were trying to do. 2. What you saw instead. 3. The name of the document concerned ("quote DV-2026-0142").
A screenshot is worth three paragraphs. Never hesitate to attach one: it often holds the detail that explains everything.
What runs while you sleep
Every night your data is backed up and a copy leaves the building. The machines are monitored continuously and their security updates are applied regularly. You have nothing to launch and nothing to check.
And if the worst happened? A database can be restored to yesterday's state. That is not an idle promise: it is a manoeuvre we know how to perform, and that we rehearse. That is exactly why the backup tile sits at the top of your dashboard.
In closing
You correct what you entered; we take care of what belongs to the machine. Between the two, a well-written ticket, three lines and a screenshot, saves a round trip and often half a day.
