Cybélia IoT opens in a browser, the one you already use, on the workshop computer just as on the laptop at home. There is nothing to install.

The three things to have to hand

The address of your space, which Cybelia gave you on installation day. Your username, usually your work email address. Your password, which you chose yourself the first time you signed in.

If your company already uses other Cybelia Cloud tools, it is the same account: one username, one password, for everything. You do not have a list of codes to keep.

Forgotten password

It happens to everyone. The "forgotten password" link on the sign-in screen emails you a reset link. Nobody at Cybelia knows your password and nobody can read it back to you: all we can do is let you create a new one.

One account per person, never a shared one. This is not red tape: when an alarm is taken in hand, you want to know by whom. A "workshop" account used by five people makes the history useless on the day it matters.

On the phone

The same address works on a phone: the layout adapts by itself. Bookmark it in your mobile browser, or add a shortcut to the home screen, and you can open it with one finger from the shop floor.

If it won't let you in

First check the capitalisation of the username and that no stray space has been pasted in, those are the two most common causes. If the account locks after several attempts, that is a normal protection: it unlocks by itself after a few minutes, or on a simple request to support.
