The left-hand menu is long. That is normal: the portal covers a lot of ground. But it is tidy, and you do not have to walk through all of it.

Six families

FamilyWhat you find there
Overview The dashboard, activity, reports.
Inventory & governance Equipment, compliance, insurance, my organisation.
Detection & response Alerts, risks, defence, playbooks, crisis room.
Protection Vulnerabilities, backups, vault, secrets, email.
Awareness & support Awareness campaigns, help, tickets.
Operations Deployment, terminal, assistant.

Your menu is shorter than this list. Only the screens included in your contract appear, and your administrator may hide others. A short menu is not an incomplete menu: it is a menu fitted to you.

Three shortcuts that save time

Favourites. Hover over an entry and a small pin appears. Pin your three or four usual pages and they will rise to the top. Marie pins "My contract"; Jean pins "Equipment".

The view search. A Search… field opens a list of every page: type three letters and go straight there. Faster than scrolling the menu.

The "?" button. Top right, it turns on help bubbles over technical words. Tom leaves it on permanently, and he is right to.

The top bar

It also carries auto-refresh (screens update themselves), the choice of language, French, English, Spanish, and the switch between dark and light theme. None of that changes your data.
