"Application posture" page

The company mail system, shared document storage, the customer relationship tool: these are applications used every day whose settings are never opened. This page opens them for you.

What it looks at

Simple, concrete things: is two-step verification required for everyone? Is there a document shared "with anyone who has the link" lying about? Does a former employee still have an active account? Is an administrator account being used for everyday work?

Each finding carries a code, a title, the resource concerned, a severity and a remediation written in plain language. The Audit now button reruns the review whenever you wish.

The most frequent finding is also the easiest to fix: a publicly shared, forgotten document. Two clicks in the application, and the line disappears at the next audit. It is often a company's first win on this screen.

The same actions as elsewhere

As on the other findings pages: Mark resolved, Acknowledge, filters by severity and by application, free search, spreadsheet export. There is no new machinery to learn.

The Ateliers story

At the first audit, seven findings came up, including three publicly shared documents from an old project. Marie cleared them in one afternoon. Since then the monthly review takes ten minutes and usually turns up nothing.

If you have connected no application, the page simply says so and invites you to connect one. Nothing degrades in the meantime.
