How it works, plainly

You have now been round all the screens. There remains the most important question: what happens when nobody is looking?

Three levels, in this order

LevelWhat it does
The agent on the machineIt watches continuously and notes anything out of the ordinary. This is the one that never sleeps.
The analysis engineIt gathers what all your machines report, joins the dots, and filters out the noise.
The Cybelia teamIt looks at what survives that filtering, and decides. That is where a human comes in.

What you see, what you do not

The alerts shown on your dashboard are those that survived the filtering. For one machine, that is a few lines a week. All the rest, thousands of events a day, has been read, sorted, and judged uninteresting. You never have to sift that noise.

The Cybelia support behind it. Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, a team answers tickets and calls. Outside those hours, automatic monitoring carries on and the crisis button wakes the emergency contacts. Your data is backed up, your reports kept, and nothing you have written in the tool disappears.

What stays on your side

Three things, and they are light. Keep the emergency contact list up to date. Close the accounts of people who leave. Open a ticket when a doubt lasts more than ten minutes.

All the rest, the monitoring, the analysis, the filtering, the reports, the backups, runs without you. That is exactly the point: you give your attention back to your trade.
