The last step before going live. The screen first shows an unambiguous summary: the number of machines, the monthly unit price, and the total.
How it works
Payment is handled by a recognised online payment provider: you are redirected to its secure site, you pay by bank card or through your account there, then you come back. Cybelia never sees your card number, and stores it nowhere.
Four conditions are restated on screen: the payment is secure, the subscription is active as soon as it is confirmed, the amount is charged monthly on the anniversary date, and cancellation is done from your customer area.
A guarantee you rarely see: after confirmation, your machines are activated in demonstration mode for a short while before the payment is actually taken. You see the service genuinely working before any money moves.
Messages you might see
"Terms not accepted": you must sign the general conditions first, with a button that takes you there. "Payment in progress": a payment is already being processed, just wait a few minutes. "Payment confirmed": it is done, your machines are active, and a button takes you back to the dashboard.
If something gets stuck
Nothing is lost. A cancelled payment can be restarted a few minutes later, and the contract waits for you exactly as you left it. If in doubt, Cybelia support sorts it out in one call.
