What you pay, and to whom

This screen is about what you pay Cybelia, not about what your customers owe you. The two get confused in the first few days.

My contract screen Plan, renewal date and Cybelia invoices.

What you find here

Your plan, the next renewal date, and the history of your invoices, all downloadable as PDFs, including ones from two years ago. You never have to ask for them.

Changing plan

The request is made here. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down applies at the next renewal, so that you never pay twice for the same period.

Notice is 30 days. It is written in the terms and conditions, at article 24. Knowing it saves unpleasant surprises on both sides.

The support behind it: an invoice that looks wrong, a direct debit that did not go through, a change of bank details, write to us and we will look. Nobody cuts off a service over an invoice that is under discussion.

What the invoice contains

The Cybelia invoice covers the month's subscription, the number of seats in use and, where applicable, any one-off work requested. It is issued on the first of the month and stays available here indefinitely: you do not need to file it elsewhere to find it next year.

Changing plan

A plan can be changed without interruption of service and without loss of data. You move up a step when the team grows, and back down if activity tightens. The change takes effect at the next due date, and the difference is prorated: you never pay twice for the same month.

Nothing happens on its own. No seat is ever added or charged without someone on your team asking for it. A pending invitation does not consume a seat until it is accepted.

In closing

This screen covers your relationship with Cybelia: plan, renewal date, invoices downloadable at any time. Nothing is hidden and nothing has to be requested. An invoice that looks wrong can be discussed, and no service is cut off meanwhile.
