"My contract" page

This page is the truth about your subscription. It comes straight from your Cydoo management file: what is written here is what will be invoiced, with no possible discrepancy.

What you read at the top

The contract reference, its start date, the next renewal date, the monthly amount before tax, and the status: active, awaiting payment, draft, suspended or closed. Just below, the line-by-line detail: the service, the quantity, the unit price, the subtotal.

The licence gauge

A visual indicator shows the licences paid for, any granted free, those actually active and those still available, with a percentage. Two clear warnings when room runs short: almost full, then quota reached, with a note on who to contact.

If licences have been granted to you, a block lists them with their expiry date and a countdown in days.

Two rules, written in black and white: an increase in the number of machines takes effect immediately; a reduction takes effect on the 1st of the following month, deactivating the most recently added machines first. No surprise is possible.

Cancelling

The button exists, it is visible, and rightly so: a service you cannot leave is a service you endure. The confirmation reminds you that access is kept until the end of the paid month and that there is no pro-rata refund. You know exactly what happens before you click.

It is also from this page that the intelligent assistant is switched on or off, with its billing rule spelled out.

In closing

What is written on this page is what will be invoiced: it comes straight from the management record, with no copying in between. It is the page to open before calling about a subscription question.
