The mandate is enough
To issue your invoices we need nothing beyond the mandate. You are under no obligation to create a platform account, and nothing awaits you there day to day.
Why we still advise registering
For one simple reason: you will find in one place both your sales invoices, the ones we issue for you, and your purchase invoices, the ones your suppliers send you.
There is nothing to do beyond registering. No configuration, no credentials to send us, no handling on each invoice. You register, and you consult.
What to have ready before you start
| Item | Why |
|---|---|
| The company's registration number, current | To identify the company. |
| Proof of identity of the legal representative | To verify who is registering. |
| An e-mail address dedicated to invoicing | Not to depend on a personal mailbox. |
| A mobile phone | Validation by text message or code. |
Use a shared address such as accounts@your-company.com, rather than one person's named address. The day that person is on leave, or leaves the company, access stays open to the team.
Why your invoices go out from our account, not yours
The question comes up often, and the answer is as much technical as legal. Issuing from your own account would mean creating a connection there that we would not control: it could be changed, disabled or revoked without our knowing, in the middle of a run of invoices.
We could then guarantee neither the continuity of your sending, nor the responsibility we take for it. Two commitments the reform requires us to hold over time.
Issuing therefore always goes through the mandate. Your registration keeps all its value: it is there to consult, not to issue.
In closing
The account is not compulsory, and the mandate is enough to issue. We recommend it for one reason only: it is where you can check for yourself, without going through us, what has been filed in your name.
