The simplest arrangement there is

The invoicing mandate is the document by which you authorise Cybelia Cloud to raise and transmit your invoices in your name and on your behalf. It is neither a novelty nor a trick: it is a long-standing practice, provided for and governed by the tax authority.

Its benefit fits in one sentence: you have no account to create, no registration form to fill in, no credentials to keep. Your invoices go out from Cybelia Cloud's account on the platform, in your name.

What it does not change, and this matters most

QuestionAnswer
Who is the legal issuer of the invoice? You.
Whose VAT is it?Yours.
Who keeps the accounts? You, or your accountant.
Where do payments arrive? In your bank account.

It is your bank details that appear on the invoice. Never Cybelia Cloud's. An invoicing mandate covers raising and sending the document; it never touches the money.

What it does not cover

Receiving your supplier invoices. An invoicing mandate authorises issuing, nothing more. Your purchase invoices are addressed to your company and arrive in your own space. A dedicated lesson covers this shortly.

A statement will appear on your invoices

The rules require the invoice to state that it is raised by Cybelia Cloud in the name and on behalf of your company. We add it automatically: you have nothing to write, and nothing to check on each invoice.

In closing

The mandate is neither new nor a trick: it is the ordinary legal framework that allows us to issue your invoices in your name. You remain the issuer, and you can end it.
