The framework: purpose, role, duties, responsibilities

The /cadre page

Before learning to use it, you need to know who you are talking to. Your AI does not improvise the way it behaves: it follows a written framework, which this page shows you exactly as it currently stands. Four words sum it up: its purpose, its role, its duties, its responsibilities.

Three layers that stack

  • Cybelia Cloud, your software publisher, sets the common floor for every company. Nobody can lift it.
  • Your company adds its own on top: the house tone, subjects to treat carefully, things one never says to a customer.
  • Each business space can narrow it further, for the exchanges that take place there.

A layer adds; it never subtracts. Your AI obeys your rules without ever forgetting its publisher's. That is your guarantee that nobody, not even an administrator in a hurry, can unknowingly strip out a rule that protects you.

Five rules no setting can undo

They live inside the product and are written in no field: rely on your documents first; cite sources; say "I don't know" rather than fill the gap; speak on behalf of your company; answer in the language you have set. A framework that contradicted them is refused as it is being written, with the reason given, not silently ignored later on.

At the workshop

Camille added a single line to the house framework: "When a question concerns a contractual deadline, always cite the contract clause." One short sentence, imperative, checkable. That is the form that works best.
