It will happen, and it is not a failure
One morning Camille finds in her inbox a message signed with a known supplier's name, asking for an invoice to be paid into a new bank account. The Bouclier let it through.
No filter in the world holds everything back. A well-written message, sent from a correctly configured server, with no attachment and no dubious link, shows none of the signs the Bouclier can recognise. That is exactly what the most careful frauds aim for.
What to do, in order
Do not reply, do not click anything. A fraudulent message often first seeks to confirm that your address is read.
Check through another channel. Call the supplier on the number you already have, never the one given in the message. A change of bank account is confirmed by telephone, always.
Report the message from the portal if you find it in quarantine, or tell Cybelia support if it reached your inbox: the message trace helps understand how it got through.
Warn your colleagues. This kind of message rarely reaches only one person.
What the Bouclier does next
A reported message teaches the filter. Similar ones will stand a better chance of being held. The filtering improves from your decisions, not only from Cybelia's updates.
A request to change bank details is always verified by telephone. That is the one rule that holds against every fraud, including those no filter can see.
