Those who write, search and explain
Cybèle AI replaces nobody. It saves time wherever the work consists of finding a piece of information, drafting a routine text or explaining a rule to someone. Which is to say: most office jobs, and several field jobs too.
| You are | What it saves you |
|---|---|
| Owner, manager, general management | A summary before a meeting, a contract read and condensed, a delicate letter written in three minutes rather than an hour. |
| Administration, order processing, invoicing | Chase-up letters, standard correspondence, the payment clause you need to find in a forty-page contract. |
| Sales and pre-sales | A tidy proposal, an account history summarised before a meeting, an objection prepared in advance. |
| Workshops, sites, field technicians | A machine's operating procedure or a setting sequence, asked for from a phone, hands dirty, without hunting for the binder. |
| Human resources and line management | A job advert, interview notes written up properly, an answer on a leave rule buried in the company agreement. |
| Quality, safety, compliance | A procedure drafted in the right format, a non-conformity explained plainly, a standard queried without rereading all of it. |
| Accountants and finance professionals | A rule recalled, a note phrased, a technical point put into words for a client who is not from the trade. |
| Trainers, mentors, apprentice supervisors | An explanation rephrased another way when the first did not land, and an apprentice who dares ask three times. |
| Organisations with no dedicated support desk | The question you have nobody to ask. It answers, cites its sources, and says when it does not know. |
And inside the company, who uses it?
Your AI does not expect you to know how to talk to it "properly". It expects you to know your trade. Here are the four people at Les Ateliers du Vent d'Ouest; you will probably recognise yourself in one of them.
| Who | What they ask it for | What they open first |
|---|---|---|
| Camille management |
A summary before a meeting, an update on a contract. | Chat, then Consumption. |
| Farida administration |
A payment reminder template, the detail of a payment clause. | Chat and Documents. |
| Yanis workshop |
The setup procedure for a machine, a working method. | Chat, on the workshop phone. |
| Tom apprentice |
"What exactly is a signed quote?", the questions he doesn't dare ask twice. | Chat, and nothing else at first. |
Nobody needs to know everything. Each person sees what their role opens. Tom cannot file a document in the Accounting space: that is not a punishment, it is the same partition that stops the AI from quoting a payslip to him.
What if I ask a silly question?
There is no such thing. A conversation costs nobody anything, disturbs nobody, and leaves no trace in a colleague's thread. Tom can ask the same thing three times: that is actually the best use of the tool, because the AI never tires of it, and an apprentice who stops daring to ask is an apprentice who guesses.
You cannot break the tool. No question deletes anything. The only actions that change the company, filing a document, approving a proposed entry, are explicit, and reserved for those entitled to them.
In closing
Cybèle AI is for those who lose time searching and drafting, which is to say almost everyone. It requires no technical learning: you talk to it as you would to a well-read, patient colleague. What it does ask is that you check anything that commits the company before you send it.
