To finish
This course has been through some forty screens. Nobody uses forty. Here is what really suffices, boiled down to three habits.
Monday morning, three minutes
Open the dashboard. Look at the "action taken" column of the incident table. If everything there is handled, close it: your week can begin.
First Monday of the month, ten minutes
Open the reports and download the month's one. Glance at the backups: the last check date should be recent. Check the month's line in the invoices. That is all.
Once a quarter, half an hour
Rerun a compliance analysis and see whether the score has moved. Open the crisis room and check the phone numbers are current. Review the users: has anyone left without their access being closed?
You cannot break this tool. No button in this portal destroys data. Exclusions can be switched off, false positives withdrawn, licences reassigned, tickets reopened. Click, explore, try things, that is how you learn.
If you remember only one thing
A calm dashboard is not a sleeping dashboard. At Les Ateliers du Vent d'Ouest, two open alerts and 94 % compliance are not luck: they are the result of monitoring that runs and a team that has picked up three small habits.
And if something escapes you: the help centre holds the glossary and the frequent questions, the assistant answers in plain words, a ticket opens in one minute, and the Cybelia Cloud team is reachable Monday to Friday. You are never alone in front of this screen.
Going further
This course is not the only one. The Cybelia Cloud Academy gathers every course, on security as on the other tools of the house. They are free, open to all, and can be taken in whatever order suits you.
In closing
Forty screens, three habits: the dashboard on Monday, high alerts as they come, and the report once a month. Everything else exists for the day you need it, and on that day you will know where to find it.
