The question everyone asks first

"If I upload our contracts, where do they go?" It is the right question, and it deserves a precise answer rather than a soothing formula.

"Never" is spelled out opposite model training.

What stays with you

  • Your documents are stored in your company's own space. They are never poured into another company's knowledge base.
  • Your conversations are yours. An administrator does not read your thread. Neither does Cybelia Cloud.
  • Your image library and your artefacts belong to you alone, even inside your own company.
  • Your documents are not used to train anything.

Traffic flows one way only. A skill lent by Cybelia Cloud comes down to you; nothing of yours goes back up to it, or to another company. Accepting a knowledge base does not expose your own.

What does leave, and why

Answering requires computation, and that computation happens on Cybelia Cloud's own infrastructure, in the Vendée region of France. The text of your question and the retrieved passages pass through it for the time it takes to answer. They are not kept anywhere other than with you, and they are not reused.

If your company has closed its AI's access to the internet, it answers only from your corpus and its memory. That is the setting to prefer when accuracy matters more than topicality.

The support behind it. A Cybelia Cloud intervention in your space is possible, to repair, never to read. It leaves a trace. And it cannot remove your second authentication factor: nobody unlocks someone else's lock.

In closing

Your documents stay in your space, are never used to train any model, and are readable only by those you grant the right to. That is the answer to the first question everyone asks, and it can be verified.
