A company's knowledge is scattered
Les Ateliers du Vent d'Ouest are a joinery workshop in western France: 34 employees, 3 sites, 21 machines, 55 active customers. This whole course takes place on their premises.
At Les Ateliers du Vent d'Ouest, the answer to a question almost always exists. The trouble is that it sits inside a 40-page contract, in last year's meeting notes, or in Marie's head, and she is on leave this week.
Searching takes time. So people don't search: they ask again, reinvent, or answer from memory. And memory is where the mistakes come from.
What Cybélia AI changes: it reads the documents you entrust to it and answers while showing you where the answer came from. You click the source and land on the paragraph in the contract. The answer becomes verifiable, not merely plausible.
It is not a search engine
A search engine returns links. Your AI reads, understands the question, and writes. You don't feed it keywords: you give it a piece of work. "The late delivery penalties in the Delaunay contract" is not a request; "summarise the late delivery penalties in the Delaunay contract, in three lines, for an email" is one.
And it is not magic
An AI can be wrong. It can also fill a gap with a plausible-sounding sentence. That is why anything that commits the company, a price, a date, a clause, a figure going out to a customer, gets read again. This course comes back to that often, because it is the one habit that really matters.
Commenting is not enabled on this course.
