"Reports" page
Each month a report is produced automatically. You have nothing to ask for: it appears in the list, with its period and generation date. Three possible states: in progress, available, or failed.
The summaries ready to download or send, month by month.
Three actions
Download the document. Email it straight from the page, handy for sending to your accountant or to a customer who asks. Delete it, with confirmation, when tidying up.
The Generate a report button creates one on demand, without waiting for month end: useful before a board meeting or a session with the insurer.
The Statistics tab
Next to the list, a tab shows the same information as charts: the state of your machines, the trend of alerts over time, the rules that trigger most often, the spread of operating systems, the totals for alerts and flaws.
A message worth reading: when nothing has happened, the screen displays "No activity detected, good news!". An empty table here is not a breakdown: it is a quiet month.
What it is really for
Camille attaches the quarter's report to the insurance renewal file. It shows an alert curve going down, compliance going up, and zero untreated incidents. That is exactly what an insurer or a large client wants to see.
A table of known attack techniques completes the document, reading "No threat detected" for Les Ateliers.
In closing
The monthly report arrives without being asked for, and that is its main quality: it exists even in the months when nobody had time to think about it. Keep them, they make up the history an audit will ask for.
