The three things we need from you
Three items, and that is all
Going live comes down to three items. Together they are enough: we take care of everything else, including declaring your mandate to the platform.
Three things, with the count of what remains opposite each.
1. The signed mandate
One copy per invoicing company. We send it to you pre-filled; all you have to do is read it over and sign.
2. The exact registration number of each issuing company
A mandate covers one registration number only. If several of your companies invoice under different numbers, we need one mandate per company. This is the point we stress most: without it, the other companies' invoices would be refused by the platform, and you would only find out when they were rejected.
Les Ateliers du Vent d'Ouest have three sites but a single invoicing company: one mandate was enough. The number of sites, vehicles or employees does not come into it; what counts is the registration number that appears on the invoice.
3. Your bank details
The IBAN and BIC, exactly as they should appear on your invoices. Those are what your customers will read in order to pay you, and the platform refuses an invoice that does not carry them.
What happens next?
Once we have these three items, we make the declaration to the platform and confirm that you are live. The declaration takes effect immediately.
No interruption to your invoicing during the switch-over. You carry on working in Cydoo while we put the arrangement in place. There is no blank day, no freeze on invoices, and no manoeuvre to plan on your side.

A signed mandate, complete customer records, a named contact: together, those three are enough. Everything else, including registering your mandate, is on our side.
