Cybelia Bouclier Mail: junk mail stops before your inbox
Completed
When something goes wrong
Three situations, three reflexes
"I did not get a message I was expecting." Look at your quarantine first: nine times out of ten, it is there. The reason will tell you why. Release it, and add the sender to your allowed list if it should happen again.
"Too much still gets through." Report it from your list: every report teaches the filter something. If one particular sender keeps coming back, add them to your refused list — that is immediate and final.
"Nothing arrives at all any more." That is not the filter: that is the mail path. Open a ticket, we look straight away. Note that if our service is briefly unavailable, the servers writing to you retry for several days: the mail is not lost, it waits.
What Cybelia watches for you: that the service runs, that threat recognition signatures are up to date, and that messages are properly delivered to your mailbox. We do not read your mail — we watch that it flows.
What is kept: held messages, for the duration of your plan. Beyond that, they are deleted automatically. Release before the deadline whatever you want to keep: quarantine is a waiting room, not an archive.
To open a ticket: from your client area, support section. Tell us the sender and the approximate date, that is enough for us to find the trace.
