Four ready-made skills, with nothing to write.
What you decide
An offered skill stays switched off until you switch it on. Once on, it joins what your AI reads in order to answer, on the same footing as your corpus, and is cited in the same way, so you always see where the answer came from.
What you do not decide
The content. A skill is fed by Cybelia Cloud and reaches you read only: you can neither add to it nor take from it. What is yours is the choice to open it.
Traffic flows one way. Only one. A skill is lent to you; nothing of yours travels back up to it, nor to another company on the platform. Accepting a knowledge base does not expose your own.
Switching off has no consequences
A withdrawn skill stops being read at the very next question, and nothing you did with it is lost. It is a switch, not a commitment. You can try it, look, and close it again.
What it is actually for
Camille has switched on the skill documenting Cybelia Cloud products. The result: when Tom asks "how do I raise a credit note in Cydoo?", he gets the answer inside his AI, without changing screens and without interrupting Farida. That is knowledge the joinery never had to write.
The honest limit
A skill is general knowledge, not your particular case. It says how a credit note is raised; it does not know your commercial terms. On anything specific to you, it is your corpus that answers, which is exactly why the two are read together.
In closing
A lent skill stays off until you switch it on, and switches off just as fast. It is knowledge maintained elsewhere that you benefit from without having to write it.
