The page you open when a word resists

This page asks for nothing and triggers nothing. It exists to be read, and it is reachable from every screen. It has three parts.

The glossary: every word in the portal explained in one sentence.

How to get started

A numbered list describing what each main page of the portal is for: the overview, my databases, the conversational assistant and the project board. It is the same journey as the welcome box, but available at any time.

The glossary

The most useful part. Every word used in the portal gets a one-sentence definition: working database, test database, parking, my customisations, go-live, module, project lead. When a screen says "parked" and you do not know what that means, the answer is here and nowhere else.

The habit worth having: before opening a ticket about a word, open this page. Nine times out of ten the answer is there, in one sentence, with no waiting.

Frequently asked questions

Folded questions that open with a click. "Is my data isolated?", yes, each company has its own databases, and the AI never mixes one company's information with another's. The others cover backups, timescales and what support covers.

Tom has kept this page open in a tab since he arrived. He says it is what stopped him asking the same question three times.

If the answer is not there, the "New ticket" button is two clicks away: the Cybelia Cloud team answers on working days, and a question about vocabulary is a question like any other.

In closing

This page triggers nothing and asks nothing: it is there to be read. Get into the habit of going there when a word in the portal resists, rather than guessing. The glossary is short, and it is written to be understood first time.
