Four people, four uses
The Bouclier does not ask the same effort of everyone. At Les Ateliers du Vent d'Ouest four people use it, and three of them will never spend more than two minutes a week on it.

| Farida, administration | Gets the most mail, so the most held messages. She checks her quarantine twice a week, releases what needs releasing, and adds good suppliers to her always-accepted senders. Ten minutes a week, no more. |
| Yanis, workshop | Gets little. He only opens the portal when a joinery drawing has not turned up. The rest of the time the morning report is enough. |
| Tom, apprentice | Just arrived. He does not yet know a filter exists. The first report he receives tells him, and the link inside takes him straight to the right place. |
| Camille, management | Does not sort her mail: she wants to know whether the tool is worth anything. The "My report" screen gives her the figure in three seconds. |
What does not change for them
None of the four installs anything. Their mailbox stays the same, their software too, their addresses as well. The Bouclier works before the inbox: from their side the only visible difference is that there is less noise in it.
Nobody has to check their quarantine. It is there if needed. A user who never opens it loses nothing: the report tells them, as often as they chose, what has been held.
