Releasing a message, keeping your lists

Two clicks, and you decide

Farida finds in her list the invoice from the hardware supplier, held with the reason "sender not authenticated". She recognises it: she was expecting it. She clicks Release. The message lands in her inbox as if it had never been stopped.

She then clicks Always allow this sender. The next invoice will come straight through.

Your two lists

You keep two lists, which belong to you alone: senders always allowed and senders always refused. They do not apply to your colleagues — if Yanis also wants this supplier unfiltered, he adds it on his side.

Allowing a sender switches the filter off for them, entirely. That is useful for a supplier whose server is badly set up; it is risky for an address someone could impersonate. Only put there what you are sure of.

The report, so you need not think about it

Most people will never open their quarantine, and that is quite right. So you receive a report — daily, or as often as you choose — listing what was held. One glance, and you know whether something is missing.
