IA Flotte intégrée

Cybelia Cloud AI serving fleet operations

OCR digests fuel invoices and work orders, Cybele answers operational questions 24/7, and the Fleet AI Colleague monitors R561 compliance and eco-driving — sovereign Cybelia Cloud AI or Claude (Anthropic) as an option.

Fuel cards & work orders OCR

The AI automatically recognises fuel invoices from major fuel-card operators, links them to the vehicle by card number or registration, and enriches telematics data (actual consumption vs CAN frame). Same for workshop work orders.

  • IA Cybelia Cloud souveraine — hébergée EU, RGPD natif
  • Claude (Anthropic) en option — bons d'intervention manuscrits ou atypiques
  • Automatic invoice ↔ vehicle matching by card / registration
  • Calcul L/100 km combiné télémétrie + cartes carburant
  • Detection d'anomalies (consommation aberrante, vol carburant suspect)
💡 Exemple : monthly fuel-card invoice for 47 vehicles automatically allocated, consumption anomalies flagged.
💬

Cybele — 24/7 fleet operations assistant

Cybele answers operational questions from a fleet coordinator, dispatcher or operations manager, based on telematics data from your instance — without any data leaving your server.

  • "Quels véhicules sont en panne actuellement ?"
  • "Who is closest to client X for an intervention?"
  • "What's the eco-driving rate of the Lyon depot this month?"
  • "Which drivers are at risk of R561 infringement this week?"
  • Voix intégrée — utile en mobilité, mains libres
💡 Exemple : dispatcher asks "closest available vehicle to the construction site within 30 min" — instant answer with ETA and driver.
🚛

Fleet AI Colleague — Compliance & eco-driving

An AI agent configured for fleet operations continuously monitors R561 compliance, eco-driving and predictive maintenance. It flags risks, proposes actions, and can send messages to drivers or managers autonomously.

  • Surveillance R561 en temps réel — alerte avant infraction
  • Detection of risky behaviour (over-revving, harsh braking, recurring speeding)
  • Predictive maintenance — alert on mileage or operating-hour thresholds
  • Génération de rapports d'exploitation hebdomadaires automatisés
  • All actions logged and auditable
💡 Exemple : "Send every Monday the top 10 drivers with the best eco-driving score and the bottom 5 to coach." — Executed automatically.
🔓 L'IA Flotte est entièrement optionnelle. All telematics (box, backend, real-time maps, events, alerts) work without any AI. You enable Cybele or the Fleet AI Colleague whenever you wish.
1

Native ERP integration — from box to your instance

Le module cybelia_iot ensures direct integration between the sovereign telemetry backend and your Cybelia Cloud instance. Box ↔ vehicle mapping, configurable polling, real-time events.

Box ↔ vehicle mapping

Each onboard unit (IMEI or unique ID) is linked to a Cybelia Cloud vehicle record. The mapping is kept for audit and history.

  • Identifiant unique boîtierEach box has a unique identifier (4G modem IMEI or proprietary ID) factory-inscribed. The mapping with the vehicle is done at activation, and remains traced in case of later box replacement.
  • Polling configurableThe polling frequency of the telemetry backend is configurable: from 1 second (real-time tracking) to 60 seconds (data savings, standard tracking). Differentiated setting possible depending on vehicle state (driving, stopped, out of service).
  • Réaffectation véhicule ↔ conducteurThe current driver can be identified by RFID badge, manual declaration in a dedicated app, or alcohol-interlock recognition. Linking to a driver is essential for R561 tracking and individual eco-driving scoring.
  • Multi-flottes & multi-sociétésFor groups or 3PL operators, each fleet belongs to a company and each company can be segmented into several fleets (light vehicles, vans, trucks, construction equipment, coaches). Consolidated or per-fleet reporting based on rights.

Telemetry events

All events relevant to fleet operations are reported in real time and used in Cybelia Cloud.

  • Démarrage & arrêtÉvénements ignitionOn / ignitionOff with timestamp and position. Automatic calculation of vehicle service time and driver service time.
  • Mouvement & arrêt prolongéÉvénements deviceMoving / deviceStopped detected with configurable thresholds (speed threshold for movement, minimum duration for stop). Useful for trip-based or availability-time billing.
  • Géofencing entrée / sortieÉvénements geofenceEnter / geofenceExit on geographic zones you define (depot, construction site, client area, authorised sector). Possibility to trigger automatic actions (notification, presence recording, door opening).
  • Dépassement de vitesseÉvénement deviceOverspeed per configurable threshold by vehicle and road type (urban limits, expressways, motorways). Possibility to couple with map data for dynamic thresholds.
  • Anomalies carburantÉvénement deviceFuelDrop when the fuel gauge records an abnormally rapid drop (suspected fuel theft). Immediate notification to the fleet manager.
  • Échéances de maintenanceÉvénements maintenance when counters (km, operating hours) approach defined thresholds. Automatic generation of a workshop intervention request.

Real-time map & replay

Cartographic visualisation integrated in Cybelia Cloud, without dependency on a commercial third-party service. Historical replay over 24h, 7d, 30d or more.

  • Carte OpenStreetMap intégréeCartographic display based on OpenStreetMap (free open data), natively integrated into the Cybelia Cloud interface. No API key to pay to a commercial map vendor, no request limit.
  • Pictogrammes par étatColours and icons differentiating vehicles driving, idling, stopped with engine off, in workshop, with reported breakdown. At-a-glance recognition of fleet state.
  • Filtrage multi-critèresFilter by route, line, driver, vehicle type, assigned depot, status. Search a vehicle by registration or ID.
  • Replay historiqueReplay a vehicle's trip over the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days — retention period extensible based on your needs and data-protection compliance. Useful to analyse an incident or justify a customer dispute.
2

R561 compliance & tachograph

Digital tachograph reading, advance detection of infringements to regulation (EC) No 561/2006, smart tachograph compatibility (EU 2020/1054).

Tachograph data import

Module cybelia_transport_chrono — .DDD file import via DLD/DLT interface, contactless reading via DSRC for smart tachograph.

  • Téléchargement obligatoire respectéThe regulation requires a minimum download frequency: 28 days for driver data, 90 days for vehicle data. Cybelia Cloud automatically schedules imports and alerts in case of delay.
  • Interface DLD / DLTReading via local download device or remote download compatible with all European digital tachographs. .DDD files are imported and associated with the driver or vehicle.
  • Tachygraphe intelligent (UE 2020/1054)Compatibility with the smart tachograph mandatory for vehicles registered from 21 August 2023. Contactless reading via DSRC for remote roadside checks.
  • Archivage légal.DDD files are archived for the legal duration (1 year minimum on-site, extended per conventional obligations). Immediately accessible in case of regulator or labour-inspection audit.

R561 infringement detection

Automatic analysis of driving and rest times, upstream alerts to avoid the infringement rather than recording it afterwards.

  • Temps de conduite quotidienMaximum 9 hours per day (10 hours allowed twice per week). Automatic count. Alert to driver and dispatcher when the threshold approaches, before infringement.
  • Pause obligatoire 45 minutesAfter 4h30 of driving, mandatory 45-minute break (splittable into 15 + 30 minutes). The system detects crossing the 4h30 threshold and offers a break to the driver.
  • Repos quotidien & hebdomadaireDaily rest of at least 11 hours (reducible to 9h three times between two weekly rests). Normal weekly rest of 45 hours (reducible to 24 hours under conditions). Automatic counting and alerts.
  • Compliance dashboard per driverFor each driver: R561 compliance rate over the period, number of infringements, type (driving, break, rest). Coaching and prevention tool.
3

Public APIs — transport authority, mobility law, open data

For regular transport services, exposure of SIRI-Lite and GTFS / GTFS-RT feeds required by transport authorities and the Mobility Law.

SIRI-Lite for transport authorities

Module cybelia_transport_siri — exposure of real-time information per the SIRI standard (CEN/TS 15531).

  • Standard SIRI CEN/TS 15531European standard for real-time public-transport information transmission: vehicle positions, delays, disruptions, next stops. Normalised XML format expected by all European transport authorities.
  • Profil SIRI-LiteLightweight version of the protocol, in JSON/REST easier to consume by mobile applications and passenger displays. De-facto standard of European transport authorities.
  • Endpoints standardsStandard SIRI services exposed: StopMonitoring (next passages), VehicleMonitoring (vehicle positions), GeneralMessage (disruptions), EstimatedTimetable (real-time schedules).
  • Authentification & quotasAPI key authentication per authority, configurable request quotas, full call logging for billing or statistics.

GTFS / GTFS-RT for open transport data

Module cybelia_transport_opendata — regular export of theoretical data (GTFS) and real time (GTFS-RT) per the Mobility Law.

  • Obligation Loi LOMThe Mobility Orientation Law requires regular public transport services to make theoretical and real-time data freely available via the National Access Point. Cybelia Cloud automates this publication.
  • GTFS — données théoriquesGeneration of the GTFS file (General Transit Feed Specification) from your routes / stops / schedules data. Regular update (monthly or on each offer change).
  • GTFS-RT — temps réelContinuous generation of the GTFS-RT (Realtime) feed with vehicle positions, forecast delays and cancellations. Protobuf format consumable by mobility applications (Citymapper, Google Maps, dedicated apps).
  • Publication automatisée vers le PANAutomatic deposit of GTFS files and activation of the GTFS-RT feed on the national access point at the expected frequency. Notification in case of publication or validation error.

Third-party telematics box, custom solution or Cybelia Cloud box — which model to choose?

Three ways to deploy telematics on your fleet — three dependency levels, three budgetary realities.

Boîtier d'éditeur tiers + SaaS vs Solution développée sur mesure vs Boîtier Cybelia Cloud + ERP intégré
Monthly per-vehicle subscription rising every year — unpredictable 5-year total cost ~Coût initial de développement élevé + maintenance permanente à votre charge All-inclusive Cybelia Cloud subscription (box + backend + ERP) — controlled cost, no surprise
Backend hosted at the vendor — often outside the EU, data potentially resold ~Hosting at your expense — cost, security, GDPR compliance to organise Backend télémétrie hébergé chez Cybelia Cloud en EU — souveraineté totale, RGPD natif
SaaS platform separate from your ERP — CSV exports to reconcile with routes and invoicing ~ERP integration to develop or maintain — fragile at each change Native integration with Cybelia Cloud — routes, invoicing, HR, payroll share the same data
Proprietary box — impossible to retrieve raw data in case of vendor change ~Off-the-shelf box — vendor-dependent, variable support Box designed, manufactured and maintained by Cybelia in the EU — open firmware, raw data accessible
SIRI / GTFS-RT as paid option or non-existent for authorities ~To develop and maintain yourself — risk of non-compliance with Mobility Law SIRI-Lite et GTFS-RT natifs — publication automatisée vers transport.data.gouv.fr
R561 tachograph: paid additional module at most vendors ~To integrate manually with a separate tachograph software Import .DDD natif + détection infractions + alertes en amont — inclus
Fuel-invoice OCR: client-side development at your expense ~Manual entry or separate integration — risk of accounting discrepancy OCR cartes carburant inclus — IA Cybelia Cloud souveraine, ventilation par véhicule
If the vendor shuts down their platform, you lose everything — boxes to replace ~If you stop internal maintenance, the solution falls apart Cybelia Cloud maintains the complete ecosystem long-term — contractual commitment
Pourquoi concevoir notre propre boîtier ? Buying from a third-party vendor means accepting that your data passes through a foreign service, paying a per-vehicle subscription that rises every year, and losing everything if the platform shuts down. Cybelia Cloud made the opposite choice: boîtier conçu en EU, backend télémétrie souverain, intégration native à l'ERP. You master the full chain, from sensor to customer invoicing. And if tomorrow your business evolves (switch to electric, new sensors, new protocols), evolution happens at your pace — not that of a vendor deciding for you.

FAQs

Questions from fleet operators, IT directors and transport managers — with direct answers.

Souveraineté complète sur la chaîne, from sensor to ERP. The Cybelia onboard unit is designed and manufactured in the EU, the firmware is maintained in-house, the telemetry backend is hosted on Cybelia Cloud EU servers. No data transits through a foreign third-party service. You avoid the classic vendor traps: per-vehicle subscription rising every year, data potentially resold to third parties, platform shutdown that renders your boxes obsolete. And if your business evolves (switch to electric, new sensors, new manufacturer CAN frames), evolution happens at your pace.

Compliance stricte à la délibération CNIL n° 2015-165 : mandatory prior information of drivers (the box cannot be installed "in secret"), dedicated processing register, automatic anonymisation of positions outside working hours, default retention period limited to 2 months (extensible with documented justification). The box can be deactivated during mandatory breaks, or a "personal trip" mode activated by the driver. Sovereign EU hosting, granular access rights (each driver can access their own data).

Oui. Les modules cybelia_transport_siri et cybelia_transport_opendata exposent les flux SIRI-Lite (CEN/TS 15531 standard expected by all European transport authorities) and GTFS / GTFS-RT required by the Mobility Law for regular services. Automated publication to transport.data.gouv.fr (National Access Point) with expected frequencies. Standard SIRI endpoints (StopMonitoring, VehicleMonitoring, GeneralMessage, EstimatedTimetable). API key authentication and quotas configurable per authority.

Le module cybelia_transport_chrono importe les fichiers .DDD from the tachograph (via DLD / DLT interface, or contactless DSRC reading for tachygraphes intelligents obligatoires depuis le 21 août 2023). It continuously calculates driving, break and rest times per regulation (EC) No 561/2006. Infringement detection: exceeding 9h daily driving, no 45-minute break after 4h30, daily rest under 11h, weekly rest under 45h. Alertes envoyées en amont (before the infringement) to the driver and dispatcher — the goal is to prevent, not to record afterwards. Mandatory download respected: 28 days driver, 90 days vehicle.

Le boîtier dispose d'un buffer local de 10 000+ positions stockées en flash. During periods without coverage (tunnels, dead zones, underground car parks), positions and events are stored locally. As soon as the connection returns, the box uploads all the queued data, with compression and deduplication to optimise SIM data use. No data is lost. For recurring dead zones, workshop Wi-Fi fallback is possible to offload heavy logs on return to the depot.

Broad compatibility: light vehicles and vans (12V), trucks and coaches (24V), construction equipment, school and urban transport vehicles. The DC/DC 9-36V power supply adapts to all standard EU fleet voltages. The box supports standards bus CAN the most common (OBD-II, FMS for trucks). For very old vehicles without CAN bus, the box runs in GPS-only mode (positions, movement events). Onboard unit IP54, plage de fonctionnement -20°C / +70°C — adapted to all European operating conditions.

The Cybelia Cloud team supplies the prepared box, the firmware already flashed, the activated 4G SIM and the initial vehicle mapping. L'installation mécanique se fait par votre garagiste habituel (versatile mechanic able to wire power and the CAN bus) or by an approved Cybelia installer partner. The operation typically lasts 1 to 2 hours per vehicle and can be scheduled alongside usual maintenance to limit downtime. The box is tested on workshop exit, and the first upload to Cybelia Cloud confirms correct operation.

Distinguer l'installation technique du déploiement opérationnel complet. L'installation technique du module cybelia_iot in your Cybelia Cloud instance is fast. Deployment on the fleet depends on the number of vehicles to equip: count 1 to 2 hours per vehicle in the workshop, schedulable over several weeks in parallel with services. Geofence and alert-threshold configuration, user groups and team training: quelques semaines supplémentaires depending on fleet size. The Cybelia Cloud team supports deployment with a structured plan and a pilot on around ten vehicles before generalisation.

Deploy sovereign Cybelia Cloud telematics

The Cybelia Cloud team supplies the prepared box, firmware, activated 4G SIM and configures the ERP integration. Mechanical installation is done by your usual garage or a Cybelia installer partner. Pilot possible on around ten vehicles before generalisation.
