Non. L'IA est entièrement optionnelle. Cybelia Cloud works perfectly without it — all business modules (sales, invoicing, stock, accounting, projects, HR…) are independent. You activate OCR, Cybele or AI Colleagues only if and when you want, without changing anything else in your configuration.

What can and can't AI Colleagues do?
Un Collègue IA agit under the user account you assign to it with associated rights. It can therefore do exactly what a human with the same rights could do : search, read, create, update, send internal or external emails according to its permissions. It ne peut pas bypass access controls, modify system parameters, or act outside the scope you have defined. Each action is traced and auditable.
Comment savoir si Cybele me parle ou si c'est un humain ?
Cybele se présente toujours explicitement comme une IA at the start of a conversation, on the website as inside Cybelia Cloud. This is an AI Act obligation we apply by default, with no setting to enable. Its avatar and signature are also distinctive.
Puis-je désactiver l'IA en cas d'incident ou de maintenance ?
Oui. Un flag de configuration permet de désactiver instantanément toutes les fonctionnalités IA (OCR, Cybele, AI Colleagues) without touching the rest of Cybelia Cloud. You can also disable selectively: for example deactivate Claude while keeping the sovereign version, or disable AI Colleagues while keeping Cybele.
