Cybelia Cloud Webmail is accessible from any recent browser, on desktop, tablet or smartphone. No installation, no plugin.

Your credentials

• User ID : your full email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@your-domain.com)
• Password : the one provided when your account was created
• Multi-domain : whatever your domain, the URL is always the same

Compatible browsers

First login in 5 steps

1. Open https://mail.cybelia-cloud.fr
2. Enter your full email and your password
3. Tick “Remember me” to stay signed in for 30 days
4. Choose your language (12 languages available)
5. Go to Preferences → General for change the initial password

Once logged in, your screen is laid out in four simple zones:

• System folders : Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Flagged (starred), Junk, Trash

• Import / export vCard (.vcf) and CSV

• 10 GB per user (depending on administrator settings)
• Inline preview PDF / images / docx / xlsx / pptx / audio / video
• Versioning : last 10 versions kept, one-click restore
• Shared links with expiry date, password and permissions (read / write)
• Very useful to attach a large file to an email (as a link rather than an attachment)
• File trash: recovery possible for 30 days

4Essential preferences

Access via theavatar at the top right → Preferences. Here are the sections to know.

5Configure iPhone & Android

All modern smartphones can connect via Exchange ActiveSync. Mail, calendar and contacts are synchronised in push (push), as on a Microsoft 365 account.

📱 iPhone / iPad

1. Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add an account
2. Choose Microsoft Exchange
3. Enter the email + a name (e.g. “Cybelia Cloud”)
4. Click Configure manually (important, don't let Apple look for Microsoft 365)
5. Enter the password
6. Server: mail.cybelia-cloud.fr, Domain: leave blank
7. Tick Mail / Contacts / Calendars / Reminders

🤖 Android (Outlook Mobile recommended)

1. Install Outlook Mobile from the Play Store
2. Open → Add an account
3. Enter the email address
4. If autoconfig fails: Configure manually → Exchange
5. Server: mail.cybelia-cloud.fr ; username = full email
6. Complete with the password

6Outlook PC (Windows)

On Windows, Outlook connects to Cybelia Cloud over IMAP/SMTP (Windows Outlook cannot open an Exchange mailbox). It is simple: just add your account with your email address and password, Cybelia's automatic configuration (Autodiscover) does the rest.

Add your account (email + password)

1. Open Outlook → File → Add account
2. Enter your email address, then your password
3. Outlook auto-detects the Cybelia servers (Autodiscover) and creates the account. Email is done.

This file does not connect the account by itself; it only forces Outlook to use Cybelia's Autodiscover instead of the Microsoft cloud. Windows may show a warning when opening a .reg, that is normal.

Calendar & Contacts on Windows

Windows Outlook does not sync calendar/contacts over IMAP. Two options:

• Webmail, mail.cybelia-cloud.fr gives you mail, calendar and contacts in the browser, nothing to install.
• Cybelia Outlook module (CalDav Synchronizer), one-click installer that adds calendar & contacts inside Outlook. Available from support.

7Configure a Mac

🍎 Mail.app (built into macOS)

1. Open Mail → Mail menu → Accounts…
2. Click + → Microsoft Exchange → Continue
3. Enter name + email + password
4. Choose Configure manually
5. Description: “Cybelia Cloud”
6. Internal and external address: mail.cybelia-cloud.fr
7. Tick Mail / Contacts / Calendars / Notes

🍎 Outlook for Mac

1. Tools → Accounts → + → New Exchange account
2. Enter email + password, autoconfiguration does the rest
3. Mail, calendar and contacts in sync ✨

8IMAP, SMTP & CalDAV

For clients that don't support Exchange (Thunderbird, K-9 Mail, standalone Mail…), use the standard protocols. Limit : only mail goes through IMAP. To synchronise calendar and contacts, use CalDAV/CardDAV.

Before opening a ticket, check:

1. The internet connection works (other sites accessible)
2. The password is correct (test it on webmail)
3. The email you're looking for is not in the folder Junk on the recipient's side
4. The destination address is correct (watch out for autocomplete)
